A: Our discounted counseling services are available to all first responders—including firefighters, police officers, EMTs/paramedics, 911 dispatchers—and all active duty, reserve, and veteran military personnel. Immediate family members may also qualify.
A: We help with a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, relationship stress, work burnout, grief, substance use, and challenges adjusting to civilian life. All sessions are private and tailored to your unique needs.
A: Your privacy is our highest priority. Counseling sessions are completely confidential, and we do not share information with your employer or department without your explicit written permission.
A: Absolutely. Our intake process allows you to share preferences so we can match you with a therapist who best fits your needs—including faith-based, trauma-focused, or culturally sensitive care.
A: Yes. We offer flexible scheduling—including evenings and weekends—to accommodate shift work and demanding schedules.
A: Yes! We offer secure virtual (telehealth) appointments for your convenience, as well as in-person sessions at our Medina, OH location.
A: First responders, military, and their families receive exclusive discounts. We’ll explain all costs up front before your first appointment. Sliding scale and payment plans are also available—no surprises.
A: Most clients are able to schedule their first appointment within a week. Emergency and crisis situations may be accommodated more quickly.
