Shannon Donley, LSW

Licensed Social Worker

When behavior becomes a battle, communication breaks down, or trauma resurfaces—what families need most isn’t judgment. It’s understanding, structure, and someone who genuinely cares.

Supporting Children, Adolescents, Young Adults & Families With Compassion, Structure, and Real-Life Strategies

Shannon Donley

Is your child struggling with emotional outbursts, school stress, or behavioral challenges at home?
You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Shannon Donley is a Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of hands-on experience helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. With dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Criminology, Shannon blends clinical skill with deep insight into the systemic and environmental issues that often shape a person’s struggles.

She is especially skilled in working with children and adolescents who face emotional regulation issues, ADHD, autism, trauma, youth substance use, or involvement with the child welfare or legal system. Shannon’s approach is structured, empathetic, and deeply person-centered. She partners with both youth and their guardians to improve communication, teach coping skills, and reduce conflict at home and school.

Whether she’s helping a teen process grief, guiding a child through behavior management, or supporting a parent navigating an IEP or disability-related need, Shannon meets each client exactly where they are. Her work is informed by real-world experience, trauma-sensitive care, and a strong commitment to advocacy and emotional wellness.

Shannon believes in restoring family harmony, one conversation and one breakthrough at a time.
